With over 4 years of -level experience in Sales & Marketing for a South Florida Real Estate Developer, Stephanie Roy brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the Barkin Group, Broward County’s highest grossing real estate team. Her knowledge of the local luxury real estate market and professionalism allow her to market, negotiate, and assist her clients in an efficient manner.
Roy’s civic participation has included active involvement in multiple organizations in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami, including the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Rising Leaders Group of Fort Lauderdale, and Israel Bonds of Broward County. Roy also proudly sits on the Board of Directors for The Mockingbird Trail, an 8-mile urban art trail located in Fort Lauderdale.
Roy received a double major in Management and Marketing at the University of Miami School of Business Administration. Throughout this time, she had multiple jobs and internships at financial, real estate, and marketing firms. Her experiences at these companies along with her steadfast drive make her a perfect asset to the Compass team.
In Roy’s spare time, she enjoys exercising at Orangetheory Fitness, travel to foreign countries, and bake healthy desserts.
