Steve is a Midwest transplant who believes that care, privacy, and service are vital in representing buyers, sellers and investors in what is, for many, their largest investment.
Steve applies his experience in negotiating and documenting complex transactions from his nearly forty years of practicing corporate finance law with a large law firm in Indiana to his work as a real estate advisor in transactions for the acquisition, sale or leasing of real property in South Florida.
Steve shares with his clients the knowledge and experience regarding the risks and rewards of owning real property in South Florida that he has gained through his ownership of both rental properties and personal residences in Fort Lauderdale for almost twenty years.
Steve is active in the Fort Lauderdale LGBTQ community through his service on the national board of directors of Lambda Legal and his work on the host committee for the annual Bonnet House fundraising event for Lambda Legal. He is also proud to be one of the first 500 funders of Our Fund, one of the nation’s largest community foundations supporting non-profit organizations serving the LGBTQ community in South Florida.
Steve has a passion for real estate and works hard to provide buyers, sellers and investors with a smooth and enjoyable experience.
